Project Links helps you save, organize, search, and share project-related links. The extension stores your project data locally in your browser. When you choose to share a project, we upload only the minimum information needed to generate a share link. For details on data handling, see our Privacy Policy.
3. Eligibility
You must be at least 13 years old to use the Service. If you use the Service on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to accept these Terms on its behalf.
4. License & Use
- We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Service for personal or internal business purposes.
- You may not reverse engineer, decompile, modify, distribute, or create derivative works based on the Service except as permitted by law.
- You are responsible for your projects, links, and any content you choose to share.
5. Your Content
You retain all rights to the content you save or share with Project Links. You grant us a limited license to store and transmit shared project data solely to provide the sharing functionality you requested.
6. Prohibited Conduct
- Do not use the Service to violate laws or third-party rights.
- Do not upload malicious code or attempt to disrupt or impair the Service.
- Do not use the Service to share illegal content, spam, or content that infringes intellectual property or privacy rights.

The Service may link to third-party websites or services (e.g., the links you save, Firebase for optional sharing). We are not responsible for third-party content, policies, or practices.

11. Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, PROFITS, OR REVENUE, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY. Our aggregate liability for all claims relating to the Service shall not exceed USD $50.

You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from any claims, damages, liabilities, costs, and expenses arising from your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.
13. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time for any reason, including violation of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ends immediately.
